TLG Brands, the owner of a number of famous, quality brands on the high street and the UK's leading supplier of affordable luxury handbags and accessories, has gone live with Snapfulfil SaaS WMS at one of their busy warehouse operations in the UK.
Following a comprehensive review of their key business systems, TLG Brands decided they needed to implement a fully featured WMS to cope with the increasing numbers of orders they are handling, particularly from their Blue Chip client base. Their core requirements were wide ranging, including the handling of bespoke inventory to order, catering for Seasons (predominant across the Fashion Industry) and demanding this comprehensive, “Real Time” WMS, including the RF infrastructure and Interfacing to their Host Accounting system, was delivered in less than 4 weeks!
Andy Macmillan, Lead Project Manager on the TLG project remarked, “The timescales were very challenging, but due to the successes that we have had delivering Snapfulfil to such tight deadlines in the past, even across a wide range of business types, we were very confident from day 1. Thanks to the flexibility of the Snapfulfil architecture and the efforts made by both teams, the project went live on time and the feedback from the client has already been excellent!”
Mark Darley-Usmar, Managing Director for the Snapfulfil team, stated, “this latest fast and successful Snapfulfil implementation further reinforces some of the key benefits, inherent in the Snapfulfil SaaS WMS solution.
The ‘Rules based’ nature of the system architecture combined with the streamlined implementation process, ensures that our clients receive a sophisticated WMS solution, including hardware and rules specifically designed to meet their requirements, but in a fraction of the time that a traditional WMS vendor could envisage.”
TLG Brands has significantly grown market share in recent years and the brands themselves are sold throughout the UK in more than 500 independent retail outlets and leading department stores. Over the past three years, the Group has successfully launched Fiorelli, NICA and Modalu in a number of international markets.
