EXPERIENCED CLIENT SERVICES CONSULTANT

As part of our Support Desk Team, you will be dealing with our Clients on a daily basis, assisting in the investigation and resolution of client issues and providing guidance to users on system related services where required. Software Support experience is essential as is an excellent telephone manner and willingness to learn.

You will also be asked to provide a testing and investigation service to the Development and Client Service Departments, in respect of modifications to the Snapfulfil systems, producing Test Plans and Schedules as relevant.

It would also be beneficial if you were experienced in providing efficient and effective support service to clients including software installation within agreed SLAs and assisting in the investigation of incidents relating to client systems, whilst maintaining the incident logs or modification summary as necessary.

JUNIOR IT SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR (Graduate Position)

This is a fantastic opportunity to take your IT career to the next stage with the UK’s leading vendor of cloud based Warehouse Management Software systems, who has an outstanding IT employee retention record. This role is for an IT Systems Administrator, delivering client facing and in-house IT Support from a junior starting point and will provide the platform for you to enhance your skills and knowledge with the aim of moving into full Systems Administration in the future.

Based in our Loughborough office, the successful individual will be in the early stages of their career and preferably have some experience in 1st and 2nd line support, a strong Microsoft product knowledge, preferably some exposure to Windows Server support and have a computing/ IT related degree.
This Junior IT Systems Administrator's responsibilities will include:

- Supporting and maintaining Windows Server 2003 / 2008.
- Assisting in the maintenance and support of the network infrastructure (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NTFS & File sharing).
- Maintaining the company IT security policies, Anti-Virus and backup procedures.
- Providing telephone support and desktop support.
- Providing remote desktop support.
- Providing hardware support and configuration (i.e. printer set-up & support, Wireless networks, RF Devices).

In addition to the ability to support the functions detailed above, it would also be essential to have:

- Good knowledge of Internet services, networking and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Be a team player and can work unsupervised within a busy environment.
- Be dynamic and a quick learner with excellent communication skills .
- Must hold a current UK driving licence.
Knowledge of in the following areas would also be desirable.

- MS SQL Server.
- IIS 7.
- MS Exchange server.
- VMware.
- WAN technology & VPN’s.
