Synergy NA Is Recruiting Again...
Synergy North America is seeking to add a Client Services Analyst to work out of the North American Headquarters in Charleston, South Carolina.

The Client Services Analyst will assist Project Managers with implementing our Software as a Service Warehouse Management System and provide first line support to Synergy North America’s WMS Client User Group.

The candidate must have a good understanding of first line application support.  Experience in WMS environments/ services would be an advantage. The Client Services Analyst will provide first line customer service in response to requests for assistance, issue resolution and customer training needs, and where appropriate, assist project managers during WMS implementations.

Skill Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Business, or 2+ years of related field experience. First line help desk application support or experience as a WMS user in a support role is highly desirable. Experience with SQL Server and MS-SQL is required. Warehouse operations experience a plus. You must also be legally able to work in the United States.

Responsibilities:

  • Serves as first line responder to support requests by providing solutions to queries, and researching and resolving system user issues and/or performing database updates when required. 
  • Serves as primary support contact for Synergy North America’s WMS clients and user group.
  • Ensures all support requests are logged into the Snapfulfil Support Desk application.
  • Following procedures, searches documentation and previous support requests on related topics to establish possible solutions to new support requests and documents findings and actions taken within the support desk application. 
  • Assists in user training and the preparation of use/training documentation.
