2010
The Institute of Transport Management has awarded Snapfulfil “Best WMS of the Year 2010” and will be presenting the company with their award at their forthcoming awards ceremony in London. Despite very tough competition from many UK 'Tier 1' WMS vendors, Snapfulfil SaaS WMS swept to victory.
This year’s prize was awarded following detailed research amongst the ITM members, plus reviewing a submission from each of the shortlisted WMS vendors. It was decided that a combination of innovation, client satisfaction and cost effectiveness in such a challenging market, gave Snapfulfil a clear advantage against its rivals.
“We are delighted to have been selected for this award.” stated Mark Darley-Usmar, MD at Snapfulfil. “This recognition is further evidence of the advances that Software as a Service applications, such as Snapfulfil, are making in marketplace. It has been stated in the press only recently, that complex and ‘transaction-heavy’ applications like a WMS do not suit SaaS application. This award, along with the success that Snapfulfil and its clients have experienced in 2009, really helps to dispel that myth and is also recognition of the hard work and commitment that every member of the Snapfulfil team has put in. We are all confident that 2010 will be our strongest year yet.”
