Vax are one of the worlds largest manufacturers of carpet & floor covering cleaners. With finished goods distribution taking place to their major retail clients, along with B2C shipments of machines, spares and accessories to clients around the world, Vax needed a sophisticated Warehouse Mangement solution for their DC.
Following a false start with a traditional vendor, Vax were very wary of promises with no substance and liked the honesty that a short term contract offered them, along with the financial commitment that a SaaS vendor made to their business. After carying out the required investiagtions, Snapfulfil was selected as the market leader and the implementation process began.
The system went live in Feb 2010, providing a wide range of powerful features for their palletised distributiion, along with driving their busy and growing website sales business. Since Go LIve, the system has undergone many changes, to support the changing needs of the client and will continue to do so into the future.
