Building their business shipping CDs and DVDs for most of the major retail chains, they have grown and expanded to include many major internet brands in toys, games, hair & beauty, lifestyle and many other areas. This wide range of SKUs, product sizes, shipping methods, gift wrap options and more, combined with multiple warehouses across the UK was quite a challenge for the Snapfulfil team.
However, by following our proven implementation methodology, using our experience of handling complex warehouse operations for over 30 years and making use of the powerful, rules based, warehouse management software architecture, Snapfulfil was implemented across 4 sites and last Christmas was responsibile for picking and shipping up 50,000 orders per day at peak, from just 1 of the sites!
